| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血液透析治疗尿毒症顽固性高血压的疗效。方法：将50例尿毒症顽固性高血压患者随机平分为两组，HD组采用血液透析治疗，HP组采用血液灌流治疗。结果：2组患者血压均得以良好控制，但是HD组与HP组之间疗效差异有统计学意义。结论：血液透析治疗尿毒症顽固性高血压效果显著，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effects of hemodialysis in the treatment of refratory hypertension due to ureamia.Meth-ods 50 patients suffered from refratory hypertension due to ureamia were equally divided into two groups,the HD group treated with hemodialysis and the HP group treated with hemoperfusion.Results The blood pressure in two groups was well controlled.Conclusion Hemodialysis in the treatment of refratory hypertension due to ureamia can effectively control the high blood pressure.It is worthy of clinical application. |
