确定电离辐射灭菌剂量方法的比较

摘    要:对一次性使用的注射器和针头作了初始污染菌数和分离出的17种污染菌对辐射敏感性的测定。以初始污染菌数的最大值,最抗辐射菌的D_(10)值和灭菌保证水平按公式计算出的辐射灭菌剂量接近于按AAMIB_1法确定值。

Abstract:Using disposable syringe and needle as examples, the sterilizing dosage of γ-radiation (SD) was calculated according to the following equation after measurement of their maximun bioburden (N_(0max)) and the maximun D_(10) value (D_(10max)) of the contaminating bacteria: SD=D_(10max)lg N_(0max)/SAL The result indicated that the sterilizing dosage for syringe ( N_(0mzx)=150cfu, D_(10max)=2.3 kGy, SAL=10~(-6)) was 18.8 kGy and that for needle (N_(0mzx)=100cfu, D_(10max)=2.3kGy, SAL=10~(-6)) was 18.4 kGy. These values approximated those measured with AAMI B_1 method (20.5 kGy for syringe and 19.1 kGy for needle). However, the measurement and calculation of the former method are simpler than the latter.
