摘    要:
在大型灭菌柜(20m~3)中观察了环氧乙烷对HBsAg的破坏作用。结果表明,温度上升可提高其消毒效果;柜室内上层物品较底层易于消毒;摆放方法对灭菌效果无明显影响;HBsAg对环氧乙烷抗力较枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞为强。

Abstract:
The destructive effect of ethylene oxide on HBsAg was observed by using a 20 m~3 sterilizer loaded with 120~180 card boxes (50×38×30 cm~3) of disposable transfusion sets. The dosage of ethylene oxide was 650 mg/L, the relative humidity was 80% and the exposure time was 8 hr. The air in the sterilizer was pumped out to attain a negative pressure of -33.3 kPa before introducing ethylene oxide and was pumped out to attain the same negative pressure again after sterilization to eliminate the residual ethylene oxide gas. HBsAg was examined with RHPA. The results indicated that increase in temperature facilitated the destruction of HBsAg by ethylene oxide, giving a destruction rate of 99.74% when the temperature rose to 43~48℃. The HBsAg in the sample at the upper layer of the sterilizer was destroyed more severely than that at the bottom layer. Destruction of HBsAg was not influenced by space between articles. Under same conditions, the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var, niger was higher than destruction rate of HBsAg.
