消毒剂新氯净杀菌作用的研究

新氯净为以二氯异氰尿酸钠为主的复方消毒剂,试验表明,其含有效氯15mg/L溶液作用10分钟可全部杀灭大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌;含有效氯300mg/L溶液,作用10分钟可杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞99.94％;含有效氯500mg/L溶液作用5分钟,可破坏HBsAg。药物贮存较稳定。

STUDY ON THE BACTERICIDAL EFFICACY OF DISINFECTANT XINLUJING

Xinlujing contains mainly sodium dichloroisocyanurate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, stabilizer and buffer and has an available chlorine content of 25%. It has both detergent and bactericidal effects. It was indicated in laboratory experiment that the solution of Xinlujing containing available chlorine 15 mg/L with a 10 min contact time could completely kill Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. A solution containing available chlorine 300 mg/L with a 10 min contact time could kill 99.94% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger and the solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L could destroy HBsAg in serum in 5 min. Presence of organic matter led to decrease in its bactericidal efficacy. Its available chlorine content decreased by 1.1～2.3% after storage for 5 months at room temperature.
