一次性使用卫生用品生产环境与产品的细菌污染调查

对上海5种卫生用品生产企业进行了细菌污染调查。产品细菌数低于允许标准的合格率为71.43％,车间空气的合格率为82.96％,工作台表面合格率为90.12％,工人手表面细菌数合格率为81.48％。原料、生产环节与工人手污染程度对细菌污染量有明显影响。

INVESTIGATION ON BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION OF PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT AND PRODUCTS OF DISPOSABLE SANITARY ARTICLES

Bacterial contamination of factories producing disposable sanitary articles (toilet paper for women, sanitary towel for women, table napkin tissue, condom, membranous glove, etc) in Shanghai was investigated. Of the products examined, the toilet paper for women was con- taminated most heavily (eligible rate, i.e. bacterial count lower than permissible standard, was 9.26％), the table napkin tissue and sanitary towel for women were the next (75.93％, 77.78％), the condom and the membranous glove were the best (98.15％, 98.15％). The pro- duction environment (air and surface of working table) and workers' hands were also heavily contaminated by bacteria. Contamination in summer was heavier than that in spring, autumn and winter. Contamination of products worsened with progress of production procedures. The main source of bacteria was raw material and workers' hands.
