| 社区糖尿病患者的中西医结合护理干预 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区糖尿病患者中西医结合护理干预的可行性。方法:对宁波市北仑区新碶街道210例糖尿病患者,采用中西医护理知识、技能教育、家庭护理教育、饮食保健和中医药护理等中西医结合护理干预,比较干预前后的效果。结果:210例社区糖尿病患者中西医护理干预前后,掌握中药护理知识,经检验,差异有显著性意义(P0.001);血糖(空腹、餐后2h)经检验,差异均有显著性意义(P0.001)。干预后平均血糖显著下降,中药护理知识认知程度提高。结论:对社区糖尿病患者进行中西医结合护理干预是值得推广的好方法。 |
