前列地尔联合奥曲肽治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎临床疗效分析

目的]通过分析某院2009年高脂血症急性胰腺炎住院患者治疗资料,评价前列地尔联合奥曲肽的治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎的治疗效果。方法]将高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对两组病例采用不同治疗方法,治疗组在急性胰腺炎常规内科治疗基础上联合前列地尔治疗,对照组常规急性胰腺炎常规内科治疗,经一疗程治疗后对比两组患者疗效结果。结果]经过一个疗程治疗后,采用不同治疗方法治疗组患者血淀粉酶阴转率明显高于对照组患者(P﹤0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组患者疗效明显好于对照组患者(P﹤0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论前列地尔联合奥曲肽治疗伴有微循环障碍的高脂血症性胰腺炎时可更快的缓解症状和体征、有效提高治愈率。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF ALPROSTADIL COMBINED WITH OCTREOTIDE IN THE TREATMENT OF HYPERLIPIDEMIA ACUTE PANCREATITIS

Objective]The incidence of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis rises quickly,through the analysis of treatment data of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital in 2009,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of alprostadil combined with octreotide for the treatment of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis.Methods]The hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The cases in two groups were treated with different methods.Based on conventional medical therapy,combination of alprostadil was used in the treatment group,the control group received conventional treatment.After a period of treatment,compared the curative effects between two groups.Results]After one period of treatment,the negative conversion rate of hemodiastase in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the curative effect in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P﹤0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion]Alprostadil combined with octreotide therapy can quickly relieve symptoms and signs,improve the cure rate of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis associated with microcirculation disturbance.
