江西省章贡区2009年恶性肿瘤发病情况分析

[目的]了解章贡区2009年恶性肿瘤发病现状,为当地恶性肿瘤防治提供依据。[方法]对章贡区肿瘤登记处2009年收集的恶性肿瘤发病数据进行分析,计算主要肿瘤的发病数、发病率、顺位等指标。[结果]2009年章贡区居民恶性肿瘤粗发病率为194.89/10万,标化率147.32/10万,其中男性标化发病率170.64/10万,女性为124.44/10万,男性高于女性。无论男女,35岁开始发病率快速上升,上升幅度男性大于女性。男性恶性肿瘤发病前5位为肺癌,肝癌,结直肠癌,胃癌和食管癌,女性依次为乳腺癌,肺癌,结直肠癌,胃癌和子宫颈癌。城区街道发病率高于乡镇。[结论]肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌等成为威胁当地居民的主要肿瘤,应普及健康教育,针对性做好高危人群早诊早治工作。

ANALYSIS OF THE CANCER INCIDENCE STATUS IN ZHANGGONG DISTRICT OF JIANGXI PROVINCE IN 2009

[Objective]To know the cancer incidence situation in Zhanggong district of Jiangxi Province in 2009,and provide evidence for local cancer control and prevention.[Methods]The data came from Zhanggong District cancer registry.The incidence rate and incidence sequence of cancer were analyzed.[Results]The crude incidence rate was 194.89/100 000 in 2009.The age-standardized incidence rate of cancer in male was 170.64/100 000,which was higher than female(124.44/100 000),the incidence rate raised up from the age of 35.The common cancers ranked top 5 in male were lung cancer,liver cancer colon cancer,stomach cancer,and esophagus cancer.The common cancers ranked top 5 in female were breast cancer,lung cancer,colon cancer,stomach cancer and cervix cancer.The cancer incidence rate in city street was higher than in the town.[Conclusion]The lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer and colon cancer became the common cancers in Zhanggong district,health education should be developed,and the early diagnosis and treatment measures in high-risk population should be taken.
