幼儿园因病缺课的现状分析

[目的]通过对幼儿园因病缺课资料的分析,了解幼儿的因病缺课率及因病缺课病因,为幼儿园的预防保健工作提供指导。[方法]对成都市某幼儿园2009年9月～2010年7月的因病缺课登记资料进行统计分析。[结果]幼儿的因病缺课率为2.8%,婴班、小班较高(婴班5.29%,小班3.02%,中班1.72%,大班1.85%,)。各年级多以10月、11月、3月、4月因病缺课率较高,均以呼吸系统疾病的因病缺课率最高。[结论呼吸系统疾病是幼儿因病缺课的主要病因,婴班和小班是重点关注人群。

ANALYSIS ABOUT ABSENCE DUE TO DISEASES IN KINDERGARTENS

[Objective]To know the absence situation and absence reason in kindergartens and give the suggestion on how to reduce the absence.[Methods]Analyzed the registration data about absence from 2009.09 to 2010.07 in a kindergarten.[Results]The absence rate in the kindergarten was 2.8%,the rate in the youngest class(5.29%)was higher than that in the oldest class(1.85%),older class(1.72%)and younger class(3.02%).The rates in October,November,March and April were higher than other months.Of all the absence reasons,respiratory system disease was main disease caused the highest absence rate.[Conclusion]The respiratory system disease is the important reason for the absence in the kindergarten.The kindergarten and family should take comprehensive measures to achieve the prevention purpose.
