下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染特点分析及护理对策探讨

目的了解下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的临床特点,从而提出有针对性的护理干预措施。方法收集确诊为下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染的58例患者的一般情况、住院医疗情况、药敏资料等信息进行描述性统计分析。结果 58例患者所患基础疾病主要为呼吸系统感染性疾病(36.21%)及颅脑损伤(34.48%),肺癌患者也占一定比例(13.79%)。患者来源科室按构成比大小排列依次为神经外科、普外科、ICU、呼吸科、神经内科及其他科室。患者痰液分离出的118株鲍曼不动杆菌进行药敏实验后,耐药率最低的依次是美罗培南、亚胺培南及头孢哌酮,其他药物的耐药率均大于40%。结论对下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的护理应当以治疗原发病为主,同时做好感染管理,合理使用抗生素。

Analysis on infection characteristics of baumanii in lower respiratory tract and discussion on nursing countermeasure

OBJECTIVE To understand the clinic characteristics of baumanii in lower respiratory tract,so as to provide pertinent nursing intervention measures.METHODS A total of 58 patients with baumanii in lower respiratory tract were collected,and analyzed their general information,inpatients medical situation,drug sensitivity.RESULTS The main diseases were respiratory system infectious diseases(36.21%),craniocerebral injury(34.48%)and lung cancer(13.79%).The patients were sourced from neurosurgery department,general surgery department,ICU,pneumology department,neurology and other departments,according to constituent ratios.118 strains of baumanii in lower respiratory tract were isolated from the sputum of patients.The lowest drug resistance rates were Meropenem,Impenem and Cefoperazone,and other drugs showed the drug resistance rate was above 40%.CONCLUSION The nursing and treatment for patients with baumanii in lower respiratory tract should focus on control of protopathy,and we should manage the infection and reasonably use the antibiotics.
