摘 要: | [目的]建立新生儿脐带血中多氯联苯(PCBs)的分析方法,并对电子垃圾拆解区新生儿PCBs暴露水平进行评估。[方法]血清样品经正己烷和甲基叔丁基醚混合溶液(1:1)萃取,经干燥得到脂肪并称取其质量。脂肪经正己烷溶解、硫酸净化、酸性硅胶柱净化及浓缩定容后,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测分析PCBs含量。采用EI源电离方式与选择离子检测法(SIM),以外标法进行定量。[结果]加标回收率76.0%~113.0%;方法检出限0.01~0.12ng/g;电子垃圾拆解区新生儿体内28种PCBs的总浓度为338.56 ng/g lipid。[结论该方法检测新生儿脐带血中28种PCBs的同系物,灵敏度高、重复性好、回收率良好,可用于相关样品的检测。广东省汕头贵屿镇电子垃圾拆解区新生儿PCBs已处于较高暴露水平,值得重视。

Abstract: | [Objective]To develop a method for determination of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in newborn umbilical cord blood by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and evaluate the exposure levels of neonates from e-waste recycling areas.[Methods]The serum samples were extracted with n-hexane/methyl t-butyl ether(1︰1).The organic phases were evaporated to dryness for extracted lipid content.Lipid was dissolved with n-hexane and washed with concentrated H2SO4,and then cleaned up with a silica/sulfuric acid column.The concentrated samples were analyzed by Agilent 7890A/5975C GC-MS with electric ionization in selected ion monitoring mode.[Results]The average recovery of the internal standard was from 76.0% to 113.0%.The detection limit of the method was within range 0.01 to 0.12 ng/g.The total concentration of 28 PCBs of neonatus in e-waste recycling area was 338.56 ng/g lipid in neonatus.[Conclusion]The method developed for determination of 28 PCBs congeners in newborn umbilical cord blood is sensitive,high reproducible with satisfied recoveries,and can be widely applied to determination of PCBs in serum samples.The neonates from the e-waste recycling area are exposed to high levels of PCBs,which should be paid attention by the public. |
