上海市某区母婴同室、新生儿病房医院感染管理现状调查与对策探讨

目的]了解上海市某区母婴同室、新生儿病房医院感染管理现状,分析问题,提出对策,减低院感发生率。方法]通过对6所相关医院院感管理现状的调查分析、对医务人员进行问卷调查、对包括医务人员手、空气、以及使用中的消毒剂染菌量等样品188件进行检测,找出存在问题,提出管理对策。结果]医院感染管理制度建设、硬件设施与监测工作大多能符合相关规定要求,不同级别医院在院感制度和措施的落实上存在差异,三级医院落实情况较好。但是,从问卷调查中可以发现,医护人员院感知识知晓率普遍不高。结论]完善新生儿病室布局流程,加强母婴同室和新生儿病室医务人员培训,结合医院特点制定切实可行的消毒隔离措施并加以落实与管理等,对新生儿病室医院感染预防具有重要意义。

MANAGEMENT OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTIONS IN ROOMING-IN AND NEONATE WARDS OF MINHANG DISTRICT SHANGHAI:CURRENT SITUATION AND COUNTERMEASURES

Objective]To understand the status of nosocomial infection management in rooming-in and neonate wards in Minhang District of Shanghai,to analyze the current problems and improve management awareness of of nosocomial infections in rooming-in and neonate wards,and to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.Methods]Current situation in management of nosocomial infections in rooming-in and neonate wards from 6 hospitals were investigated,questionnaires survey was conducted.188 samples were tested,including fingers of staff,microbial pollution of disinfectors in usage,and airs of important rooms.Then problems were identified,also proposing management strategies.Results]Most of hospitals met the requirement of the regulations on the establishment of management system,management regulations,and surveillance.Significant differences on the implementation of regulations and measures on nosocomial infections were observed among hospitals in the different levels.In general,the situation was better in tertiary hospitals.From the questionnaires survey,we can find that the low awareness of medical knowledge of management of nosocomial infections in medical staff.Conclusion]In order to prevent and control nosocomial infection in rooming-in and neonate wards,improving the neonatal ward layout and process,enhancing the training for medical staff,developing practical disinfection and isolation measures according to the hospital of their own characteristics,implementing strictly hand hygiene system,and strengthening supervision and examination are very important.
