| 腰痛宁胶囊中金属元素的测定与临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 用 AAS法和 ICP-AES法测定了腰痛宁胶囊中锰、铁等 1 2种金属元素的含量。结果表明铁、铬、镍、钴、锂的含量分别是陆生被子植物中铁、铬、镍、钴、锂含量的 6.4、5 .2、3 .6、2 .0、94.8倍 ,铜的含量和陆生被子植物中的接近 ,钙、锰、锌、镁、钒、钾的含量低于陆生被子植物中的含量 ;钙、铁、锰的含量分别是植物类中药中钙、铁、锰含量理论均值的 0 .80、1 .98、1 .80倍。腰痛宁胶囊的功效与其含有的钙、铁、锰等元素及士的宁等有关 |

| Abstract: | The contents of 12 kinds of metallic elements (Mn,Fe, et al)in Yaotongning Jiaonang were determined with methods AAS and ICP AES.The result showed that the contents of Fe,Cr,Ni,Co,and Li in Yaotongning Jiaonang were 6.4,5.2,3.6,2.0, and 94.8 times that in terrestial angiosperm respectively,and Cu were approximately equal to that of terrestial angiosperm,and Ca,Mn,Zn,Mg,V,K were lower than contents of that in the terrestial angiosperm.The contents of elements (Ca,Fe,Mn)in Yaotongning Jiaonang were respectively 0.80,1.98,1.80 times the theory average values of that in chinese medicinal herbs.The action of Yaotongning Jiaonang related with Ca,Fe,Mn,et al and strychnine et al. |
