摘    要:目的探讨磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)/骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)复合人工骨用于修复骨缺损的效果和材料植入体内后的微观结构变化。方法研制新型CPC并与BMP复合成人工骨,修复兔桡骨干骨缺损,通过X线片、扫描电镜、骨密度测量和X射线电子能谱分析等手段,观察新骨形成情况和材料的微观结构变化。结果CPC/BMP复合物可以有效地修复骨缺损,材料被逐渐降解吸收,而单纯的CPC新骨形成速度的材料降解速度都明显低于CPC/BMP。结论CPC/BMP是一种比较理想的新型骨移植材料。

Abstract:Objective To study the change of ultrastructure and osteogenesis character of calcium phosphate cement/bone morphogenic protein(CPC/BMP) composite in repairing segmental bone defects. Method A new bone grafting material of CPC/BMP composite and CPC were prepared, a 15 mm bone defect experimental model in radius of rabbits were made, the CPC/BMP or CPC were implanted into the defects. The osteogenesis of the bone in the defect area and the change of material ultrastructure were observed by scanning electron microscope.X-ray, energy dispersion analysis X-ray and bone density meter. Result CPC/BMP composite was capable of healing the defect in large part by 24 weeks, ultrastructure changed a lot and part of the material was absorbed. The amount of new bone in CPC group was distinctnesslittle than that of in CPC/BMP group. Couclusion The CPC/BMP composite is believed to be a new bone geafting material in dealing with segmental bone defect.
