| 摘 要： | 本文根据CT能谱成像技术特征，综述了近几年cT能谱技术在肝癌诊断方面的最新临床应用，包括优化图像质量、基物质成像及能谱综合分析、门静脉血管成像及栓子性质的鉴别、肝癌治疗术后评估等5个方面，以提高临床上肝癌的检出率，并为肝癌的临床治疗及预后提供指导。 |

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of energy spectral CT imaging technology, we summarize the recent progress of energy spectral CT in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. This article includes five parts： optimizing the image quality, based material imagings and comprehensive analysis of energy spectrum, portal vein angiography and identification of the nature of emboli, evaluation for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Energy spectral CT provides a reference for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. |
