Abstract: | Recurrent atypical ventricular tachycardia, with a long QT interval,was documented in a 56-year-old patient 16 days after discontinuingamiodarone 200 mg and 400 mg on alternate days. Tachycardiaand variable prolongation of myocardial repolarization wereabolished by temporary cardiac pacing and correction of mildhypokalaemia. |
