小针刀治疗屈指肌腱鞘炎疗效观察

目的：观察运用穴位注射、小针刀疗法治疗急性和慢性屈指肌腱鞘炎的疗效。方法：将400例患者分为急性和慢性屈指肌腱鞘炎各200例，并各自分为对照组和针刀组各100例，针刀组采用穴位注射、小针刀疗法，对照组采用穴位注射，各治疗1次，半月后观察疗效。结果：急性屈指肌腱鞘炎中针刀组和对照组有效率相同，针刀组治愈率90％，对照组89％，经X^2（X^2=0．05）检验处理，P〉0．05，说明两组疗效差异无显著性意义；慢性屈指肌腱鞘炎中两组有效率相同，但治愈率针刀组77％，对照组44％，经X^2（X^2=22．78）检验处理，P〈0．005，差异有显著性意义。结论：针刀组疗效优于对照组，建议急性期仅予阿是穴穴位注射，慢性期宜穴位注射联合小针刀疗法。

Results： Acute counts on the fingers in the myo-- tenosynovitis the needle knife tackle and control group effectiveness is the same, the needle knife tackle cure rate 90%, the control group 89%, after X^2 （X^2 = 0.05） examination processing, P〉0.05, explains two group of curative effect difference non--significance significance; Chronic counts on the fingers in the myo--tenosynovitis two groups of effectiveness to be the same, but the cure rate needle knife tackle 77%, the control group 44%, after X^2 （X^2 =22.78） examination processing, P〈0. 005, the difference have the significance significance. Conclusion：The needle knife tackle curative effect surpasses the control group, suggested that the acute stage only gives the nerve point not specified for acupuncture acupuncture point injection, the chronic suitable acupuncture point injection unites the small needle knife therapy.
