胫骨平台骨折手术治疗临床疗效分析

目的探讨手术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取近年来在我院行切开复位内固定治疗的胫骨平台骨折51例患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访10～24个月,本组优良率82.4%。切口I期愈合,膝关节恢复生理活动度,无关节不稳定。结论胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗,是一个以手术为中心的综合治疗过程,任何忽视围手术期处理的重要性及违背手术原则,都将直接影响手术疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Surgical Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures

Objective To evaluate the the clinical efficacy and safety of surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods 51 patients in recent years in our hospital were chosen for treatment of open reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures,which the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results By follow-up 10 to 24 months,the excellent rate of this group were 82.4% with no joint instability. Conclusion The tibial plateau fracture surgery is a comprehensive treatment procedure centered as surgery,which any neglect of the importance of perioperative management and contrary to the principles of operation will directly affect the clinical efficacy of surgery.
