Vitapex充填根管诱导年轻恒牙牙根发育的研究

目的:观察Vitapex对牙髓坏死的年轻恒牙根尖诱导作用.方法:Vitapex糊剂充填91个牙髓坏死患牙,观察牙根发育状况、根尖病变、根管充填程度对牙根继续发育形成和根尖孔封闭的影响.结果:根管发育形态与临床疗效有显著差异,P＜0.05;根尖病变与牙根发育无显著差异,P＞0.05;根管充填程度与牙根发育有显著性差异,P＜0.01.结论:Vitapex治疗年轻恒牙牙髓坏死疗效良好.

A clinical study on the treatment for necrotic pulp of young permanent with Vitapex

Objective:To observe the effect of treatment for necrotic pulp of young permanent with vitapex.Method:91 teeth of necrotic pulp were filled with vitapex paste. The effect of root development types, periodontal lesion, various grades of root canal filling on apexogenesis and apical seal of root was evaluated based on the evidence of x-ray and oral examination.Result:The difference in clinical effect by different root development types were significant(P<0.05). The difference between periodontal lesion and apexogenesis were not significant( P>0.05). The difference between various grades of root canal filling and apexogenesis were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a higher clinical effect on the treatment with vitapex for necrotic pulp of young permanent.
