| 经皮松解术治疗重症L3横突综合征的临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用经皮松解术治疗重症 L3横突综合征 78例 ,并与外科手术松解术治疗 2 5例作对照。经平均 3.5年随访 ,结果表明 :经皮松解术治愈率 84 .6 % ,显效率 10 .8% ;对照组治愈率 5 2 % ,显效率 2 4 %。两组对比 ,经皮松解组具有方法简单、疗程短、合并症少、见效迅速 ,其疗效明显优于对照组。 |

| Abstract: | In order to observe the curative effect of percutaneous lysis for severe transverse process syndrome of the third vertebra , 103 patients were divided into treatment group(78 cases) and control group(25 cases). The treatment group was treated by percutaneous lysis, and the control group was treated by surgical lysis. The patients were followed up for 3.5 years. The results showed that the cure rate of treatment group reached 84.6%, remarkable rate of that was 10.8%. The cure rate of control group reached 52%, remarkable rate of that was 24%. It was suggested that percutaneous lysis had the advantages of sampler way, shorter treatment course, fewer complications and quicker curative effect. |
