| 摘 要： | 根据窦房结和心房肌细胞外电位的差异,本文建立了一对狗窦房结区同时进行心房激动标测和窦房结电位标测,探测窦房结兴奋向心房传导途径的方法。通过破坏性试验,表明本法测出的窦房结电位出现部位至心房最早激动部位间的途径,基本上反映了兴奋的窦房传导途径。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the difference between the sinus node and the atrial muscle in ectracellular potential, we established a method of synchronizing atrial active mapping and sinus node mapping to find the route of excitation propagation from the dominant pacemaker of the sinus node to the atrium, Through destruction tests it was confirmed that the route from the position appearing sinus node potential to the earliest atrial excitation position would reflect the route of S-A conduction of excitation. |
