复合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣急诊修复踝足部皮肤缺损

目的总结复合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣急诊修复踝足部皮肤缺损的应用效果。方法2004-08～2007-04,以腓肠神经营养血管链为皮瓣提供血液供应,设计成逆行岛状皮瓣,蒂部最远可达外踝平面,修复足跟、踝关节和足前部皮肤缺损24例。其中携带腓肠肌腱膜皮瓣9例,携带腓肠肌皮瓣15例,皮瓣面积7cm×6cm～11cm×8cm。结果24例皮瓣全部成活。术后外形满意,随访3～36个月,修复肌腱者足部功能恢复良好。结论该术式不需吻合血管,手术简便易行、安全可靠,是修复足踝部皮肤缺损的理想皮瓣。

The skin flap with distally based sural nerve nutrient vessels in emergency repairing skin defects of heel and ankle of foot

Objective To report the clinical result of the improved skin flap with distally based sural nerve nutrient vessels in repairing defective skin of heel,ankle of foot.Method There were 15 patients with defective skin in the heel,ankle or foot's distal part.They were treated by the improved skin flap with distally based sural nerve nutrient vessels from August 2004 to April 2007.Result The flap of these 24 patients were alive.The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 6 months.The survival flaps' shape and function were excellent.Conclusion The operation is simple and need not to anastomose blood vessel.This therapy open up a path of treatment for the patients with defective skin in the heel,ankle or foot's distal part in clinical practice.
