可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1在类风湿关节炎疾病中的应用

目的 测定类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的水平,探讨sICAM-1与病情的关系.方法 用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA),检测30例类风湿关节炎患者与30例健康对照者血清中sICAM-1的水平.用全自动免疫速率散射比浊法测定类风湿因子(RF)和C反应蛋白(CRP).用魏氏法测定血细胞沉降率(ESR).结果 类风湿关节炎患者血清中sICAM-1水平均高于健康对照组,各组间比较均具有显著性差异(P＜0.01),sICAM-1水平与RP呈正相关(r=0.252).结论 类风湿关节炎患者血清中sICAH-1水平显著升高,sICAM-1可能参与类风湿关节炎发病过程,且类风湿关节炎病情越重sICAH-1的水平越高,sICAM-1可作为判断病情严重性的指标.

The Function of the sICAM-1 in the Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To study the role of sICAM-1 in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), by measured the soluble forms of intercellular adhesive molecule-1 (sICAM-1).Methods A sandwich ELISA technique was used to measure the serums levels of sICAM-1 in 30 patients with RA and 30 normal control subjects.Results The level of sICAM-1 in patients with RA was significantly higher than that in control subjects(P<0.01), at the same time, the level of sICAM-1 had positive correlation with RF.Conclusion Patients suffering from RA showed significant higher serum concentrations of sICAM-1. This finding suggests the possibility that SICAM-1 participates in the pathogenesis of RA. The level of sICAM-1 maybe judge illness situation.
