| 摘 要： | 心脏术后心包粘连是指心脏和大血管与邻近组织的粘连,目前其危害已引起临床重视。心包粘连的病因尚不完全清楚,在此从心包损伤的机制、外科手术的影响和中医气滞血瘀等方面探讨其形成原理,总结回顾自开始关注心包粘连以及其他术后粘连以来40年间的防治方法和策略,进一步探讨符合临床实际且简便易行的心包粘连防治方略。

| Abstract: | The pericardial adhesion after cardiac surgery,i.e.heart and great vessels adhesion with adjacent tissues,has called clinical concern because of its harms.The causes of pericardial adhesions have not been perfectly evaluated.Pericardial tissue injury,surgical disruption,and stagnation of qi and blood stasis are several perspectives to dig into the formation principle.This study evaluates the methods which have been utilized to prevent pericardial and post-surgical adhesions in the past 40 years,attempting to suggest a simple new clinical solution to effectively reduce postoperative adhesions within the pericardial cavity. |
