组织多普勒成像与其他超声技术联合应用的进展

目前,各种超声技术在诊断心血管疾病及心功能评价上均有各自的优劣性。近年来,组织多普勒成像(TDI)与其他超声检测技术(频谱多普勒、应变率成像、多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图、心肌声学造影、实时三维超声的联合应用)已被广泛地应用于临床实践中,在评价心脏收缩和舒张功能上具有一定的优势,对心血管疾病的早期诊断、治疗决策及预后评判具有重要的临床价值。

Advancement on Combined Application of Tissue Doppler Imaging and Other Ultrasound Techniques

Currently,various ultrasound techniques in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and in the evaluation of cardiac function have their respective superiorities and inferiorities.In recent years,combined application of tissue Doppler imaging(TDI)and other ultrasonic technologies-spectral doppler,strain rate imaging,dobutamine stress echocardiography,myocardial contrast echocardiography and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound has been widely used in the clinical practice,and has certain advantages in the evaluation of cardiac systolic and diastolic function,which has important clinical value in the early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,treatment decisions and prognosis evaluation.
