神经元特异性烯醇化酶在颅脑损伤中的研究进展

摘    要:
在颅脑损伤后判断受损伤的程度和预测预后,一直缺乏客观的实验室指标。神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)是糖酵解途径中的关键酶,特异地存在于神经元和神经内分泌细胞。当脑损伤时细胞膜的完整性受到破坏,NSE便从细胞内释放出来。由于血脑脊液屏障的破坏,NSE从脑脊液进入血液循环,这为NSE成为颅脑损伤严重程度和预后的敏感性标志物提供了基础。动态监测NSE对于颅脑损伤疗效观察及预后的早期判断具有重要价值。

Abstract:
There are no laboratory indexes to judge the trauma degree and predict the prognosis after brain injury until now.Neuron specific enolase enzyme(NSE)is a key enzyme of glycolytic pathway,which exist specifically in neurocyte and neuroendocrine cells.It will be released from neurocyte when cell membrane destroy occurred in brain injury.Because the blood-brain barrier is damaged,NSE will come into blood circulation from cerebrospinal fluid,which provides basis for NSE as a relevant biochemical marker for assessing the lesion degree and the prognosis of traumatic brain injury.Dynamic measurements of NSE contents after traumatic brain injury is important for clinical observation and early judgement of the prognosis.
