溶栓治疗急性缺血性卒中的研究进展

急性缺血性卒中是目前导致人类死亡的三大主要疾病之一,具有高发病率、高致残率、高病死率的特点。目前急性期的治疗方法主要有建立卒中单元、抗血小板聚集、抗凝、降纤等,但疗效并不理想。而早期动脉溶栓治疗时是目前被认可的有效的治疗措施,但因存在治疗间窗过窄和诸多并发症的问题,只有少部分的卒中患者接受了溶栓治疗。所以选择最佳的溶栓时机、溶栓剂和减少并发症的发生是溶栓治疗的关键。

Research Progress of Thrombolysis to Treat Acute Ischemic Stroke

Acute ischemic stroke is one of the three major causes of human death currently,featured with high incidence,high disability rate and high mortality.The treatments for acute stage are mainly establishing stroke unit,antiplatelet accumulation,anticoagulation,and fibrinolytic etc.,but the curative effect is not ideal.While the early artery thrombolysis is accepted as an effective treatment at present,but only few stroke patients received thrombolysis treatment dues to its narrow time window and many complications.Therefore choice of the best thrombolysis opportunity,thrombolytics and reducing the complications are the keys of the thrombolytic therapy.
