| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清CA125对卵巢上皮性癌的诊断及临床分期的价值.方法 选择卵巢上皮性癌住院患者(38例)、卵巢良性肿瘤患者(38例)及卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者(46例),均取空腹静脉血,用电化学发光免疫分析法测定血清CA125水平.结果 血清CA125水平在卵巢上皮性癌组显著升高为(974.74±749.66)U/mL,高于卵巢良性肿瘤组的(24.73±19.95)U/mL及卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组的(84.05±70.51) U/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清CA125对卵巢上皮性癌的灵敏度为79.55%,特异度为90.63%.卵巢上皮性癌各期的血清CA125水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅰ期最低,Ⅳ期最高.结论 血清CA125水平对卵巢上皮性癌的诊断及其临床分期有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of the serum CA125 in the diagnosis and clinical stage of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOG).Methods Using the method of Electricity chemiluminescence immunoassay the levels of serum CA125 in 38 patients with EOG,38 patients with ovarian benign tumor and 46 patients with ovary endometriotic cysts were measured.Results The levels of serum CA125 of EOG patients were significantly higher than that of the ovarian tumor group and ovary endometriotic cysts group(P<0.05).The serum levels of CA125 of various clinical stage of EOG patients were significantly different(P<0.05),the stage Ⅰwas the lowest and the Ⅳ stage was the highest.Conclusion The serum CA125 levels play important value in the diagnosis and clinical stage of epithelial ovarian cancer. |
