| 摘 要： | 围术期血液稀释包括急性等容血液稀释(ANH)与急性高容血液稀释(AHH),可改善微循环灌注,减少异体输血量,降低输血不良反应的发生率,是一种良好的血液保护方法。但不同血液稀释方法有不同的适应证和局限性,在具体实施过程中应选择适合患者的最佳方法以达到血液保护的最好效果。现就ANH与AHH在应用上的安全性、有效性及其对麻醉的影响等相关问题进行比较并予以综合分析。

| Abstract: | Perioperative hemodilution which includes acute normovolemic hemodilution(ANH)and acute hypervolemic hemodilution(AHH)can improve microcirculation perfusion,reduce the need for homologous blood transfusion and the accompanying incidence of tansfusion adverse reaction,which is a good blood conservation method,however,different approaches have different indications and limitations.It′s necessary to choose the right approach to get the best effect according to patients′ conditions.Here is to compare and analyze ANH and AHH on safety,effectiveness and influence to anesthesia. |
