慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者焦虑抑郁的临床调查

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者并发抑郁情况及其相关因素。方法通过综合医院焦虑/抑郁情绪测定表对我院106例COPD稳定期的患者进行测评,根据问卷分值将患者分为抑郁组和非抑郁组,检测所有患者的肺功能、血气分析和一般情况的调查资料。结果 106例患者中有38.7%的患者存在不同程度的抑郁症状;抑郁组与无抑郁组的肺功能比较,抑郁组一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和动脉血气氧分压(PaO2)较低,二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)较高,两组比较差异有统计学学意义(P<0.01);Logistic多因素回归分析显示对抑郁有显著影响的因素有性别、FEV1和低文化程度。结论 COPD患者常并发抑郁,男性患病概率较女性高,FEV1越低,文化程度越低,患抑郁概率越高。

Clinical Investigation for Depression in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the occurrence of depression and related factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Methods 106 COPD cases at stable stage were selected to be tested and analyzed by the hospital anxiety and depression scale.They were assigned into two groups according to their scores:depression group and non-depression group.Their lung function,PaCO2 and PaCO2 were tested,and their general information were collected.Results 38.7% of patients had different degrees of depression symptoms.The values of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and PaCO2 in depression group was lower than that of non-depression group,and PaCO2 increased in different extent than that of non-depression group(P<0.01);Logistic multi-factor regression analysis showed that significant influence factors included sex,FEV1 and little education.Conclusion COPD patients often have depression symptoms,higher incidence in male than female patients;the lower level of the FEV1 and education,the higher probability of depression.
