| 摘 要： | 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病严重威胁人类的健康,脂联素(APN)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病密切相关。APN的基因多态性及其分泌部位的不同与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发病相关。APN的血浆浓度可预测冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病及其预后。APN的抗炎及稳定斑块的作用可以治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病。现就近年来国内外有关APN与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的预测,诊断及治疗的相关文献予以综述。 |

| Abstract: | At present,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAHD)seriously threatens the health of people.Adiponectin(APN)has a close relationship with CAHD,specifically,APN gene polymorphisms and different secretion positions are related with CAHD.Plasma adiponectin level is an independent predictor and prognostic factor of CAHD.Anti-inflammatory action and affectively prevent necrotic core plaque formation of adiponectin may be applied to treat CAHD.Here is to make a review on the literature of prediction,diagnosis and treatment of CAHD in China and overseas in recent years. |
