| 摘 要： | 重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者预后生存质量常用SF-36量表来评价,发现患者心理、生理健康均有不同程度受损。在SAP的远期并发症中,胰腺炎的复发及慢性胰腺炎的发生与病因密切相关,胰腺内、外分泌功能不全应予以替代治疗,假性囊肿、胰瘘等局部并发症主要以观察为主,必要时外科干预。现就SAP患者预后生存质量和远期并发症等方面予以综述。

| Abstract: | The Rand 36-item Health Survey was applied to evaluate the quality of life of patients after severe acute pancreatitis,and it was found that physical and mental health were affected.The recurrence of AP and the evolvement of chronic pancreatitis were related with the etiologies.Replacement therapy should be taken in case of impairment of pancreatic endocrine and exocrine function.Pseudocysts and pancreatic fistules should be followed regularly,when complications appeared,surgical intervation should be taken.Here is to make a review on the quality of life and long-term complications of SAP patients after treatment. |
