分层次教学模式探索

摘    要:分析传统教学方法的弊端和分层次教学法的优点,从教学目标和教学计划的制订、评价体系的完善、教师观念与角色的转变、分层次教学法与其他教学方法之间相互配合、教学与科研相结合等方面探讨实行分层次教学所应采取的措施,引导学生朝着发挥自己优势的方向发展,让优秀人才更好更快地成长.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the disadvantage of traditional teaching method and the advantages of the layering teaching method, also discusses the measures to be taken to practice the layering teaching from the formulation of teaching goal and plan, perfection of the evaluating system, the change of teacher's idea and role, the cooperation between layering teaching method and other teaching methods, and combining teaching with scientific research and other respects, in order to lead the students' development toward exerting their advantages, and let excellent talents growth better and faster.
