白细胞介素17与牙周炎关系的研究进展

白细胞介素17(IL-17)在调节中性粒细胞补充和粒细胞生成方面扮演着非常重要的角色,而同时IL-17还是重要的促炎因子,可以诱导其他细胞因子和组织降解酶的产生,协同和提高一些细胞因子的功能,因此同时扮演防御和致病的角色。而牙周炎是最常见的口腔疾患之一,是由细菌引发的慢性炎症过程。现就IL-17的来源及家族、生物学特性以及在牙周炎的发病机制中起到的作用予以综述。

Recent Research Progress of the Correlation between IL-17 and Periodontitis

Interleukin-17(IL-17)plays an important role in regulagting neutrophils supplement and granulocyte induction,while it is also an important proinflammatory cytokine,playing a synergistic role of some cytokines by inducing the generation of other cytokines and tissue enzymes,which makes it both a defensive and pathogenic factor.Periodontal disease is one of the most common oral diseases,a chronic inflammatory process initiated by bacterium.Here is to make a review on the origin,family,and biological function of IL-17,as well as its role in pathogenesis of periodontal disease.
