干眼症研究新进展

干眼症是一类因各种原因导致泪液质或量的异常而引起的常见眼表疾病,也是当今眼科研究的热点之一。近年来,对该病的病因、诊断标准及其治疗等方面进行了深入的研究,认为干眼症的发生与长期使用计算机、准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术及睑板腺分泌物异常等有明显关系,一些中成药对干眼症的治疗有一定的疗效。

Recent Research Progress of Dry Eye Syndrome

Dry eye syndrome is a kind of common eye disease caused by abnormal quality or quantity of tear by various causes,which is also one of the hot spots in the ophthalmology research.In recent years,many authors discussed the cause of the disease,diagnosis standard and its treatment,some of which showed that,long-term use of computer,excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)and abnormal eyelid board gland secretion have obvious correlation with the occurrence of dry eye syndrome,and some Chinese medicine treatments have certain curative effects.
