硬膜外阻滞复合全身麻醉和单纯全身麻醉在乳腺癌根治手术中的麻醉效果观察

目的探讨硬膜外阻滞复合全麻和单纯全麻在乳腺癌根治手术中麻醉效果。方法选择我院2008年9月至2010年9月乳腺癌根治术患者50例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组行硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉,对照组行单纯全身麻醉。记录两组患者麻醉过程中血压和心率改变情况以及术后麻醉恢复情况。结果观察组入手术室时血压和心率分别和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组诱导前、插管后即刻、切皮时和拔管时收缩压、舒张压分别与对照组同期相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、苏醒时间分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外阻滞复合全麻应用于乳腺癌根治术安全有效,术后麻醉恢复快,麻醉效果显著。

Observation on the Anesthetic Effect of Combined General-epidural-anesthesia and General Anesthesia in the Radical Operation of Mastocarcinoma

Objective To discuss the anesthetic effect of combined general-epidural-anesthesia and general anesthesia in the radical operation of mastocarcinoma.Methods 50 cases with radical operation of mastocarcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group from September 2008 to September 2010.Observation group was performed combined general-epidural-anesthesia,while control group was given general anesthesia.The changing of systolic pressure diastolic pressure,heart rate and the recovery of anesthesia after operation were recorded.Results The difference of blood pressure and heart rate had no statistical significance before operation in two groups(P>0.05);systolic pressure and diastolic pressure had statistical significance before induction,during and after extubation in two groups(P<0.05);The difference of time of respiratory recovery,extubation and waking had statistical significance in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The radical operation of mastocarcinoma with combined general-epidural-anesthesia is featured with safe,effective,fast recovery,and obvious anesthetic effect is obvious.
