荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测HCV-RNA的临床价值

目的 评价荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ—PcR）检测丙型肝炎病毒在临床中的应用价值。方法 用FQ—PCR检测456例肝炎病人标本，并同时采用ELISA检测抗-HCV，了解样本中HCV—RNA含量与HCV的相关性。结果 456份标本中有81份HCV—RNA含量高于1000拷贝／ml，85份抗-HCV阳性。经统计分析，两者有明显的相关性。结论 FQ-PCR技术检测HCV-RNA特异性强，灵敏度高，具有良好的应用价值。

Clinical Value of FQ-PCR in Testing HCV-RNA

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical value of FQ-PCR in testing Hepatitis C Virus(HCV-RNA).[Methods] FQ-PCR was applied to test the samples of 456 cases and ELISA was applied to test anti-HCV in order to learn the relativity between HCV-RNA and the content of HCV.[Results] 81 cases out of the 456 were found with a content of HCV-RNA higher than 1 000 copies/ml;85 cases were found with positive anti-HCV.[Conclusion] The technology of FQ-PCR is specific,sensitive and applicable for testing HCV-RNA.
