脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽动态观察

动态观测40例脑梗塞(CI)患者血浆内皮素(ET)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的变化。结果发现:CI组3d内及10～14d的患者,血浆ET高于病程25～28d者及脑动脉硬化组与正常对照组。脑动脉硬化组与病程25～28d者无显著差异,但均高于正常对照组。脑梗塞及脑动脉硬化患者血浆CGRP低于正常对照组,CI病程3d内及10～14d者高于病程25～28d者及脑动脉硬化组。CI伴高血压者。血浆ET高于不伴高血压者,CGRP低于不伴高血压者。病程3d内病情重型者血浆ET、CGRP高于轻、中型者,且ET与CGRP呈直线正相关。

Serial observation of plasma endothelin and calcitontn gene-related peptied with cerebral infarction

We have studied the changes of plasma endothin(P - ET) and calcitonin gene -related peptide(P-CGRP) levels in 40 patients with cerebral infarction. The results showed that the P-ET levels of stroke patients with in the 3 days and 10-14 days after onset were higher than that of stroke patients within 25 - 28 days. The P- CGRP levels of stroke patients with in the 3 days and 10-14 days after onset were higher than that of stroke patients within 25 - 28 days and cerebral atherosclerosis patients ,the P - CGRP levels of stroke patients in the total process were lower than that of the controls. The P - ET levels of stroke patients with hypertension were higher than that with no hypertension, the P -CGRP levels were lower than that with no hypertension The P -ET and P -CGRP levels of stroke patients with serious state of an illness were higher than that with light or moderate state of an illness. In the stroke patients within the 3 days after onset, the PET was positively correlated with the P -CGRP.
