| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针配合刺络放血治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将60例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和西药组,各30例,治疗组采用电针配合刺络放血法,西药组口服秋水仙碱和消炎痛,观察比较两组临床疗效、即刻止痛效果、长期止痛效果.结果:两组临床疗效、即刻及长期止痛效果比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:电针配合刺络放血治疗急性痛风性关节炎具有良好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus blood-letting puncture for treating acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Sixty patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly allocated into treatment and control groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus blood-letting puncture and the control group received oralmedicine.The efficacy,immediate pain relief effect and long-term pain relief effect were compared.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The electroacupuncture plus blood-letting puncture is effective for treating acute gouty arthritis. |
