| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺对小儿脑瘫流涎症的临床疗效.方法:将45例脑瘫流涎症患儿随机分为两组,分别采用针刺配合康复治疗和康复治疗两种方法.疗程结束前后均采用教师流涎分级法(TDS)进行疗效评价.结果:针刺配合康复法和康复法比较,治疗后疗效有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:针刺法可以显著提高脑瘫患儿流涎的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupucture to treat cerebral palsy salivation.Methods:45 cases of cerebral palsy salivation were randomly divided into two groups.The acupucture methods and the general rehabilitation methods were used in the study.The TDS was used to evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment.Results:There was a significant difference between the acupuncture and general rehabilitation treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of the acupucture has a function to raise the curative effect to treat cerebral palsy salivation. |
