| 摘 要： | 目的:为了对发现的牙釉质发育不全患者的疾病做出诊断,对该家系成员的婚育提出科学的意见和建议。方法:采用临床检查与家系调查相结合的方法对该家系进行系统分析。结果:发现该家系中连续5代都出现该病患者,且患者子女中发病率近1/2,亦无性别差异。对患者的临床表现,牙齿X光片、听力检测结果分析,与已报道的牙釉质发育不全家系的表现并不完全一致。结论:该病应属于常染色体显性遗传性牙釉质发育不全疾病。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the pedigree of a patient of enamel maldevelopment.Methods: The pedigree was analyzed along with physical examination.Results: Enamel maldevelopment appeared in all the five continuous generations,and nearly half of the next generation were suffered the disease without gender difference.The clinic characteristics in the family had some differences with the related clinic reports.Conclusion: The enamel maldevelopment is one of the autosomal dominant hereditary diseases. |
