| 摘 要： | 周围神经缺损的修复与重建是当前神经领域的一大难题。目前，国内外学者已着力研究雪旺细胞和生物材料复合构建组织工程化人工神经，并将其与日益完善的显微外科技术结合起来，提高周围神经损伤的修复水平。本文结合国内外研究成果，对周围神经损伤修复的研究进行回顾，着重从组织工程方面阐述周围神经修复方法的现状与前景。

| Abstract: | Regeneration of injured peripheral nerve is one of the recent research focuses. Many inspiring achievements have been made in such fields as choice of seeding cell source and proliferation in vitro. It is hopeful that nerve regeneration may be enhanced by combining the new techniques with microsurgery. In this paper, design and fabrication principles, key technologies, various applications, and new directions in the field of tissue engineered nerve are introduced. Much of this paper is devoted to the discussion of tissue engineered nerve in repair of peripheral nerve injury. |
