颈三针结合腹针治疗颈性眩晕52例疗效观察

目的　观察颈三针结合腹针治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法　观察组 (5 2例 )采用颈三针结合腹针治疗 ,对照组 (4 2例 )采用常规针刺治疗 ,观察两组临床疗效及 TCD检测椎 -基底动脉血流改善状况。结果　观察组总显效率与对照组相比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,观察组平均血流速度改善情况与对照组相比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　观察组临床疗效优于对照组

Observations on the Efficacy of Cervical Three Needles plus Abdominal Acupuncture for Treatment of 52 Cervical Vertigo Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cervical three needles in combination with abdominal acupuncture for the treatment of cervical vertigo. Method An observation group (52 cases) was treated by cervical three needles in combination with abdominal acupuncture and a control group (42 cases), by routine acupuncture. In the two groups, the curative effect was observed and improvement in vertebrobasilar arterial flow determined by TCD. Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in improvement in mean blood velocity between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect was better in the observation group than in the control group.
