HIV/AIDS 患者抗病毒治疗前后心电图分析

摘    要:目的:分析HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗前后的心电图变化,探讨抗病毒药物对心电活动的影响。方法将130例HIV/AIDS患者按抗病毒治疗时间的长短分为3组,抗病毒治疗时间在1~3年的为A组,4~6年的为B组,7~10年的为C组。对3组患者治疗前后的常规心电图进行比较分析。结果比较抗病毒治疗前后正常心电图、窦性心动过速的发生率及C组异常心电图发生率,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 A、B两组异常心电图发生率及ST-T改变、窦性心动过缓、心电轴左偏、左室高电压的发生率抗病毒治疗后较治疗前有所升高,但差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论 HIV病毒及高强度的抗病毒治疗会影响心电活动,与患者病程进展及抗病毒治疗时间密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the ECG changes of HIV/AIDS patients before and after anti-viral therapy , and to explore the impact of antiviral drugs on heart's electrical activity .Methods The enrolled 130 HIV/AIDS patients were divided into three groups according to the duration of an-tiviral therapy:group A(1-3 years of antiviral therapy), group B(4-6 years of antiviral thera-py), amd group C(7-10 years of antiviral therapy).Routine electrocardiograms(ECGs) before and after the treatment were comparatively analyzed .Results Before and after antiviral therapy , the differences of incidence rates of normal ECG , sinus tachycardia , and abnormal ECG in group C were statistically significant ( P〈0 .05 ) .In group A and group B , after antiviral therapy , the incidence rates of abnormal ECG , ST-T changes , sinus bradycardia , left axis deviation , and left ventricular high voltage all increased than before , however , without statistically significant differences ( P 〉0 .05 ) .Conclusion HIV and high-intensive antiviral therapy obviously damage heart's electrical activity, which is closely related to progression of the disease and the duration of antiviral therapy .
