| 摘 要： | 应用高频超声在新鲜肢体超声解剖研究的基础上对外周神经、肌腱及肌肉的常见损伤进行了回顾分析，结果说明：（１）高频超声能清晰显示外周神经和肌腱的微细结构，使应用超声观察外周神经、肌腱及肌肉成为可能；（２）外周神经、肌腱、肌肉损伤时，超声有特异性表现，为临床提供了新的影像诊断方法．对外周神经、肌腱断裂手术定位及是否行外周神经、肌腱移植有重要意义；（３）对肢体恶性肿瘤患者，观察肿物与外周神经及血管的关系，对手术方案有重要指导价值

| Abstract: | Characteristics of ultrasonographic anatomic imagings of fresh limb specimen were studied by high frequency ultrasonography,and applicated in clinic.The results showed:(1)Minute structures of the peripheral nerve,tendon and muscle were demonstrated.(2)High frequency ultrasonography provided a new approach for these lesions diagnosis and helpful for operation planning. |
