| 摘 要： | Gastroscopy and biopsy of gastric mucousmembrane pre- and post-treatment in patients with bilereflux gastritis were compared for evaluation of thera-peutie effect.The Chinese herbal medicines Hacmati-tum(代赭石),Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae(党参),Rhizoma Pinelliae(半夏),Poria(茯苓),PericarpiumCitri Reticulatae(陈皮),Flos Caryophylli(丁香)and Radix Aucklandiae(木香)were combined intoa basic recipe,with some variations based on syn-drome differentiation.The longest course of treat-ment was 102 days,while the shortest was 35 days.Marked improvement was found in 66.7% of thepatients treated.The total effectiveness was 85.7%.Pathogenesis of bile reflux gastritis(BRG)and themechanism of therapeutic effect of TCM are discuss-ed.
