摘    要:目的:观察番茄红素对甲基戊基亚硝胺(MANA)致癌性的影响。方法:随机将Wistar大鼠分为3组:MANA组(M)、MANA+番茄酱组(M+LP)和对照组(C)。实验期为26周。观察大鼠食管和胃粘膜病理变化,同时检测血清活性氧单位(ROS unit)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)以及全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果:M组和M+LP组大鼠食管和前胃均发生癌前病变,而M+LP组大鼠癌前病变发生率低于M组;M+LP组大鼠血中ROSunit、SOD、GSH-Px活性较M组高,MDA含量较M组低。结论:番茄红素具有抑制MANA致癌的作用,其机制可能与抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。

EFFECT OF LYCOPENE ON CARCINOGENICITY OF N METHYL N AMYLNITROSAMINE IN WISTAR RATS
Abstract:Purpose: To study the effects of lycopene on the carcinogenicity of N methyl N amylnitrosamine(MANA) in Wistar rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into three groups: simple MANA (M), MANA plus tomato jam (M+LP) and control(C) groups. The experiment lasted 26 weeks. Histological \{examination\} was done and the levels of ROS unit, SOD, GSH Px and MDA in the blood were determined. Results: There were precancerous lesions of esophagus or forestomach in the M and M+LP groups. The incidence of precancerous lesions in the M+LP group was decreased, and the levels of ROS unit, SOD, GSH Px in the blood were higher, but the content of MDA was decreased. Conclusion: Lycopene may have an inhibitory effect on the carcinogenicity of MANA. The effect may be due to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
