三金片治疗慢性肾盂肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证40例疗效观察

目的：观察三金片治疗慢性肾盂肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证的临床疗效。方法：将80例的患者随机分为2组。治疗组给予三金片，对照组给予头孢克肟片，均服用28天，观测临床症状和体征、尿常规、尿沉渣细胞计数、尿β2微球蛋白、尿NAG酶、尿渗透压及血清免疫球蛋白变化。结果：两组相比有效率无显著性差异，治疗组中尿频、尿急、尿痛、腰痛等症状缓解时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。证候积分比较，治疗前后两组有显著性差异。对免疫功能的改善，治疗组较显著（P〈0．05）。结论：三金片对慢性肾盂肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证有较好的疗效，可明显缓解症状，并能显著改善患者机体免疫功能。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Sanjin Tablets for Deficiency of Qi and Yin Mixed Damp-heat Syndrome in 40 Patients with Chronic Pyelonephritis

OBJECTIVE： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Sanjin tablets for deficiency of Qi and Yin mixed dampheat syndrome in patients with chronic pyelonephritis （CPN）. METHODS： 80 CPN patients were randomly assigned to receive Sanjin tablets （trial group） or Cefixime tablets （control group） for 28 days. Clinical signs and symptoms, urine routine, cell counting and of urinary sediment, β2 microglobulin, NAG, osmotic pressure in urine, and serum immune globulin were observed before and after treatments. RESULTS： There was no significant difference in effective rates between the trial group and the control group. The symptomatic relief in frequent micturition, urgent micturition, odynuria and lumbago was significantly earlier in the trial group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences in syndrome integral between the two groups before and after treatment. Besides, the immune function showed a better improvement in the trial group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Sanjin tablets showed a satisfactory efficacy for the deficiency of Qi and Yin mixed damp-heat syndrome in patients with chronic pyelonephritis in that it can markedly relieve the symptom and improve the immune function of patients.
