宜城市人民医院收治传染病疾病谱分析

目的了解宜城市近年来传染病疾病谱的变化特点。方法采用分类资料描述性方法回顾分析宜城市人民医院感染科近6年住院患者传染病疾病谱的概况。结果本院收治传染病主要以乙类传染病为主,无甲类传染病,因近两年手足口病暴发流行致丙类传染病明显增加。乙型肝炎、肺结核仍为主要病种,近两年手足口病、麻疹及流行性腮腺炎等小儿传染病呈暴发流行,麻疹低月龄患儿及成人发病增多;原来的多发病如肾综合征出血热、流行性乙型脑炎逐渐减少。另外,AIDS、狂犬病呈低流行状态。结论近年本地区传染病疾病谱发生了一些变化,有了新的特点。

Analysis of infectious diseases spectrum of the People's Hospital of Yicheng

Objective To investigate the characteristics changes of infectious diseases spectrum of Yicheng in recent years. Methods Retrospective analysis by describing grouped data of infectious diseases spectrum of the general situation in recent 6 years in the People＇ s Hospital of Yicheng. Results Most diseases were category B infectious diseases, none category A infectious diseases were found. And category C infectious diseases were significantly increased because of the epidemic outbreak of hand-foot-mouth disease. Hepatitis B and pnhnonary tuberculosis remain the major diseases. Children infectious diseases such as hand- foot-mouth disease, measles, mumps outbroke in recent years. Measles increased in month-old children and some adults. The customary frequent diseases such as hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and epidemic encephalitis B decreased gradually. AIDS, rabies were in low epidemic condition. Conclusions A few changes of infectious diseases spectrum oecured in this district recent 6 years, which has new features.
