126例手足口病患儿临床分析

目的探讨手足口病发病情况及临床特征。方法对本院2008至2009年期间收治的126例手足口病患儿的年龄、性别、居住地区、病程、发热程度与持续时间、皮疹特点和消退规律、各项并发症等资料进行回顾性分析并总结其临床特点。结果 126例手足口病患儿,男女性别比为2∶1;发病年龄趋向低年龄组,76.19%为3岁以下儿童;农村和城乡结合部发病率高于市区;发病高峰为5～7月份;多数（71.42%）有发热,多数（97.62%）均有口腔疱疹及手足疱疹,合并支气管炎者32例、电解质紊乱者8例、咽峡炎者5例和肝损害者1例,实验室检查血白细胞升高多见,126例患儿全部治愈出院。结论手足口病为儿科常见病之一,常见并发症为支气管炎,可出现心肌受损及肝功能受损,尚未发现肾功能损害,只要及早诊断,正确治疗,其预后良好。

Clinical analysis on 126 children with hand-foot-and-mouth diseases

Objective To discuss the morbidity situation and clinical feature of the hand-foot-and-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods The age,gender,resident district,course of diseases,degree and duration of fever,trait and regression process of rashes,complication of the 126 cases of our hospital during 2008-2009 were analyzed,retrospectively.Results In the 126 patients with HFMD,76.19% were under 3 years old;the incidence in the countryside and rural town was higher than that in urban;the peak was from May to July.Most cases（71.42%）had fever,97.62% had oral herpes and limbs herpes,32 cases complicated with bronchitis,8 cases complicated with electrolyte disturbances,5 cases complicated with angina and 1 case with hepatic lesion.Most cases occurd elevated leucocytes.All 126 cases were cured.Conclusions Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is a kind of frequent disease in infants,whose common complications is bronchiti,myocardial impairment and liver damage may occur,but renal function damage have not been found.If HFMD is diagnosed as soon as possible and cured correctly,the prognosis may occur is satisfactory.
